At the Brain Body Behaviour Institute we are committed to empowering teachers, all educational staff,  social workers, psychologists, clinicians and families with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the complexities of mental health and trauma.

Our institute offers curriculum that covers a wide range of topics in neuroscience, including the impact of mental health and trauma on brain function and behavior. Our courses provide the latest research and practical knowledge on these crucial areas to support and promote mental wellbeing.

We understand the challenges faced by teachers, all school staff, social workers, psychologists, clinicians and families in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma or are dealing with mental health issues. That is why our courses are designed to provide practical, evidence-based strategies to effectively manage and address these challenges.

Our Institute founder Katrina Cavanough is a highly experienced and dedicated professional with 30 years experience, who is committed to advancing the field of neuroscience and mental health.
